List available persona traits

GET 
/api/v1/traits

Returns the catalogue of persona traits. Review the trait descriptions and level labels before building an experiment's population_traits dictionary. That dictionary maps trait names to modeled values; a catalogue ID alone is not a population-selection constraint.
