Get a population recommendation

GET 
/api/v1/populations/location-recommendation/:job_id

Returns the current state of a location recommendation job. A completed response includes demographic boundaries, reasoning, candidate states, warnings, and configuration patches. A failed response includes error.

Interpretation. Apply a completed configuration only after reviewing the stated assumptions, axis reasons, and warnings.

Do not infer. Completion means the recommendation was generated. It does not mean the population is large enough or the proposed design is valid.
